Wake Forest, NC – June 3, 2013 – With traditional schools coming to a close and summer starting, MVP Sports Factory, a premiere indoor sports facility located in the Factory of Wake Forest, is excited to announce it has recently renovated its indoor soccer field. This update wraps up just in time for kids to lace up their sneakers and stay active over break.
During the weeklong renovation, MVP upgraded its soccer field to feature brand new rubber infill turf, permanent lines and an improved playing surface for stability. MVP saw great success with a similar style turf integrated into their training room last year and anticipate that it will be an effective enhancement for the players who utilize their facility.
MVP Sports Factory places great emphasis on getting kids involved with sports at a young age, as many studies have shown that playing sports can help children develop social skills, coordination and confidence. The field upgrade is another demonstration of MVP’s dedication to providing the best instruction with the best amenities for the parents and children they serve.
One of MVP’s most popular soccer programs is Turf Tikes, a developmental soccer program for kids 18 months to 6 years old. This program introduces basic soccer skills while building physical coordination and listening skills in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. Turf Tikes begins with a focus on individual skills, but as children progress through the program, it evolves to encompass the concepts of team work and cooperation. Other programs that MVP offers include individual soccer lessons and co-ed and men’s adult soccer leagues.
