ASEC signs 5 year partnership agreement to construct and operate the Irvine Spectrum Holiday Ice Skating Rink. The Spectrum located in Irvine California is a premiere life style shopping and entertainment venue. The partnership will increase, from previous years, the size of the ice skating rink, include a custom glass ice rink and will be open air with no tent.
