I’m proud to announce the promotion of Dean Hall to Executive Vice President and Michael Baxter to Southeast USA Vice President.
Dean Hall, Executive Vice President
With over 20 years’ experience in the ice skating industry, Dean has worked tirelessly helping ASEC expand since its inception in 2007. He started with ASEC as a hockey director in Tucson AZ and expanded to overseeing multiple ASEC facilities and hundreds of employees. In his expanded role as EVP, Dean will be responsible for oversite of all operations, budgeting, revenue generation, management level hiring/ training reporting, and risk safety company-wide. Additionally, he will work pro-actively with facility GM’s to improve operational efficiencies and help to ensure ASEC achieves our operating expense budgets and EBITDA targets.
Michael Baxter, Southeast USA Vice President
Michael has done a great job as GM and Regional Director of the Raleigh, NC market helping ASEC expand from three ice facilities and one multi-sport facility to five ice facilities and one multi-sports facility. Michael has also had a pivotal role in analyzing upgrades to software and web page platforms. Michael is approaching his 10-year anniversary with ASEC, in which period of time, he has been instrumental in the overall growth of the Raleigh market while creating one of the country’s largest House League programs with over 750 youth hockey players. In his expanded role as Southeast VP, Michael will be responsible for oversite of all Southeast operations, budgeting, revenue generation, management level hiring/ training reporting, and risk safety. Additionally, he will spend more time working pro-actively with the regional GM’s to identify operational inefficiencies to help ensure that we achieve our operating expense budgets and EBITDA targets.
